FTTB+LAN是"光进铜退"网络转型建设的主要模式之一,满足高带宽业务接入要求,节省纤芯和上行数据端口资源,末端采用塑料光纤,直接光纤到桌面,接入距离在100米以内, 交换机设备可部署在楼内设备间、地下室或弱电井内。
目前在国家或者地方级的网络通讯干道都是以石英光纤作为传输介质,这些年石英光纤给信息时代的人们带来的网络大提速大家都是有目共睹。然而在接入网(局域网络)上,传统5、6类双绞线已经难以满足时代的发展需求,甚至造成了网络通讯的瓶颈。塑料光纤是适应"光进铜退"趋势的新一代光纤传输介质。也正是实现全光网络,解决接入网网络通讯瓶颈的最佳材料。

从以上塑料光纤与石英光纤、铜线的对比,可以看出由塑料光纤搭建的塑料光纤接入网属于屏蔽系统,不受电磁影响,可以与电线一同安装。数据流通过时,铜缆对其不会产生干扰,高质量的语音、数据和图象信号被完整地传送给每个信息点。 系统完全支持快速以太网协议,100Mb/s单级传输距离100米,需要时通过中继器扩展连接长度可以超过1000米。
塑料光纤特别适合接入点多的楼层水平布线场景,具有抗弯曲、耐震动、施工方便的优点,柔软和超细外径的塑料光缆无论是在墙内、墙外、墙脚线、地毯下方还是天花板或其他线缆通道,也无论是新建筑施工还是旧楼宇改造,铺设起来都极为方便。终端使用者可以随意将塑料光纤切成需要的长度自行安装,即插即用。无须另外制作接头,避免了接头损坏后还需专业工具制作接头的问题。
塑料光纤接入网采用损耗系数150~200dB/km、直径1mm的塑料光纤,被覆成1.5或2.2mm的双芯光缆,100米重量小于800g,抗拉强度大于140N,数值孔径NA为0.3~0.5,受光角最大可达60°, 光纤接续中心对准偏差小于30μm时,几乎不影响耦合损耗,比其他网络传输介质(如5/6类线)有更多的优势,能够全面取代铜线。
另外,石英光纤在近红外光下传输,容易对眼睛造成伤害,石英光纤的碎屑也会对人体健康造成威胁。塑料光纤是在可视红光下传输信号,不会对肉眼造成伤害,适合于安装在办公室和居民家中。在眼保护和废弃物处理方面,消除了使用石英光纤存在的危险。
以一个15层楼60用户的小区为例,整个小区网络中涉及大量的网络传输等等。如此庞大的一个网络必须能够承载大容量、高频率的数据交换,处理等功能。塑料光纤的稳定性,安全性,以及传输的高速度是最好的局域网信息传输介质。
主干网以中心机房中心控室为中心,以建筑为单位设几个主干交换节点,中心交换机和主干交换机均采用千兆光纤交换机,下面的支链根据需求选择交换设备。
设备:路由器、光交换机、中继器、连接器、光网卡、塑料光纤线(POF)……
该方案采用三台塑料光纤以太网交换机HY-1024M构建一个小型局域网。中心机房交换机与楼层交换机之间的链路数据流量较大,可通过2个1000M高速交换端口连接服务器,以免形成传输瓶颈;24个100M交换端口最多可连接24个桌面用户。
方案说明
GE光纤交换机放置在小区中心机房,通过石英光纤口上联运营商机房交换机。下联口直接连接放在楼层的3台塑料光纤交换机。
每个接入点需以下接入设备(共60个接入点):
1.塑料光纤插座(含连接器)一套:型号HY-PP-1(塑料光纤插座),HY-CO-1(塑料光纤连接器)。
2.USB塑料光纤网络适配器:型号HY-100U-01,每台PC配置一块USB塑料光纤网络适配器。
故共需要60套塑料光纤插座,60个USB塑料光纤网络适配器。

由上述网络环境分析我们知道政府网络是一个对安全具有迫切需求的网络系统,塑料光纤网络系统具有无辐射,抗电磁干扰的性能,大大的杜绝了窃取情报的个人或组织通过利用电磁型信号来窃取网络情报可能。

要将把风力能源转换成为实用的交流电,需要如整流器(Rectifier)和逆变器(Inverter)等功率电子设备。在高功率发电系统中,电绝缘在确保电力产生的质量和可靠性上扮演了非常重要的角色,而光纤组件可以通过提供高电压脉冲绝缘以及防止不必要信号进入功率电子设备提供保护。
风力发电系统中,工业用光纤的主要应用包括整流器和逆变器的功率电子门驱动、控制和通信电路板、风力涡轮机控制单元、状态监测系统以及风力电场联网等。
1.风力涡轮机发电
风力涡轮机通过使用发电机把动能转换成为电力能源,随着风力条件的变化,发电机所产生的电力必须随之转换才能使用,在风力涡轮机中必须要有整流器、逆变器、变压器以及滤波器等设备,以便可以长距离传送所产生的实用交流电源,如图1。

通常在风力电塔的底部安装有变压器设备,目的是将风力涡轮机产生的低电压转换成为方便传送的中高电压。
2.整流器和逆变器
整流器和逆变器为风力涡轮机系统中主要的组成部件,整流器可以把高噪声交流电转换成为直流电,而逆变器则可以把直流电转换成干净可靠的交流电输出,这些设备的开关动作通常由嵌入式数字信号处理器(DSP)通过光纤链路控制,以提供具有高电绝缘能力的高效率可靠控制。
基本上在整流器和逆变器的控制开关上有几个选择,分别是绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT, Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)、门极可关断晶闸管(GTO, Gate Turn Off Thyristor)、集成门极换流晶闸管(IGCT, Integrated Gate Commutated Thyristor)、对称型门极换流晶闸管(SGCT, Symmetrical Gate Commutated Thyristor)以及发射极关断晶闸管(ETO, Emitter Turn-off Thyristor)等。

3.状态监测系统
大多数现代的风力涡轮机都具有可以监测并依不同风力条件进行系统控制的智能功能,例如大气环境传感器可以检测风速和风向,其他传感器则能够用来监测涡轮风机部件的状况和强度以避免发生问题。
风力涡轮机必须可以承受极端的天气条件,如暴风雪或闪电,在这些情况下,非常重要的一点是确保涡轮风机的监测系统在设计上可以提供高电压和大电流隔离,相较於光电耦合器和其他类似器件,光纤由於可以提供高了许多的电压和电流隔离能力,因此成为较好的信号传递媒体选择。

通过状态监测系统所收集的数据,搭配上每个涡轮风机使用的短距离POF塑料光纤链路,通常会以多路复用方式接入硬包层(HCS, Hard-Clad Silica)或多模光纤电缆,如果风力电塔的高度高於100米,就可能需要更长距离的HCS和多模光纤。
塑料光纤质轻、柔软、耐破坏(振动和绕曲)、抗干扰、防窃听,及优异的拉伸强度,相较于其他介质,可以在恶劣环境提供更稳定的信号传输。这些特性使得它非常适合应用于风力涡轮机发电的垂直布线需求。
